La Bonne Vie Meyer Lemon Goat Cheese
Smoked Salmon
Capers
Red Onions
Hard Boiled Eggs
Cucumbers

Mini Plain Bagels
Everything Bagels
Add the mini plain bagels and everything bagels to opposite corners to anchor your board visually and provide balance.
Cut both the Everything and Meyer Lemon goat cheeses into rounds or thick slices (if desired). Arrange each in a separate area on the board.
Layer the smoked salmon in generous folds around the goat cheese to make it easy to grab.
Place capers in a small bowl and set them in the center of the board for easy access.
Create rows or fan out the red onion slices, cucumbers, and tomatoes around the capers and cheese.
Halve or quarter the hard-boiled eggs and scatter them neatly around the center.
Add thin lemon slices near the Meyer Lemon Goat Cheese and salmon for a bright, citrusy touch.
Use extra salmon, veggie slices, or herbs to fill in any gaps, keeping the layout full and colorful.
