Featuring our Double Crème Brie

Ingredients:

  1. La Bonne Vie Double Crème Brie (Sour cherry spread inside ribbon cut out - optional)

  2. Proscuitto

  3. Milano Salami

  4. Hot Honey

  5. Pink Macaroons

  6. Raspberries

  7. Strawberries

  8. Onion & Beetroot Crackers

  • Place the Brie wheel in the center of the board and use sour cherry spread to fill a ribbon cut-out on top (optional). Fold prosciutto slices and arrange them in a cluster beside the Brie.

  • Fan Milano salami slices near the bottom edge, next to the Brie wedges. Slice fresh strawberries in half and group them together for a bold pop of red.

  • Scatter raspberries in small clusters around the Brie and near the crackers. Add pink macarons for a sweet accent beside the fruit. Set a small jar or dish of hot honey near the center of the board.

  • Line one side with onion & beetroot crackers for crunch and color. Garnish with pink flowers for a festive finish (optional).
