Ham Pan Bagnat

Ham layered with Chanté Horseradish Spread for a sandwich that’s bold, creamy, and undeniably delicious

  • 4.4 oz La Bonne Vie Horseradish Chanté

  • 4 Ciabatta Squares

  • 1 lb Ham, thinly sliced

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Olive Tapenade                   

  • 1 cup Red Onion, shaved

  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil

Directions:

  1. Slice the ciabatta loaf in half horizontally.

  2. Spread the La Bonne Vie Horseradish Chanté spread evenly over the bottom half of the bread.

  3. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the top half of the bread. Layer the ham evenly over the horseradish-spread bottom half.

  4. Add a layer of shaved red onion on top of the ham. Spoon the olive tapenade over the onions, spreading it evenly.

  5. Assemble the sandwich by placing the top half of the ciabatta over the layered ingredients. Wrap the sandwich tightly in plastic wrap.

  6. Press the wrapped sandwich firmly with a heavy object (like a skillet or a stack of books) and let it sit for 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.

  7. Unwrap the sandwich, slice, and enjoy!
