Ham Pan Bagnat
Ham or Prosciutto sandwich made with Chante Horseradish spread
Ingredients:
• 4 Ciabatta Squares
• 4 TBL Olive Oil
• 1 LB Ham or Prosciutto, Thinly Sliced
• ½ CUP Olive Tapenade
• 1 CUP Red Onion, Shaved
• 4.4 OZ La Bonne Vie Horseradish Chante
Directions:
1) Slice the ciabatta in half
2) Spread the bottom half with the Chante horseradish spread
3) Drizzle the top half with 1 TBL of olive oil
4) On the bottom half, place the ham or prosciutto
5) Add the shaved red onion
6) Top with the olive tapenade
7) Wrap the completed sandwich tightly in plastic wrap
8) Press it firmly and allow to sit for an hour
