Brie Cranberry Pecan Pinwheels

Delicate Brie, tangy cranberries, a touch of rosemary, and a pecan crunch, pure sophistication in every taste

  • 8 oz La Bonne Vie Double Crème Brie, rind removed and softened

  • Flour Tortillas, large burrito-sized

  • 16 oz Cream Cheese, softened

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Dried Cranberries, chopped

  • 2 tsp Fresh Rosemary, minced

  • 3 tbsp Maple Syrup

  • 1 cup Pecans, chopped

Directions:

  1. Combine La Bonne Vie Double Crème Brie, pecans, cranberries, and rosemary in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth and completely blended.

  2. Evenly spread ½ cup of the filling onto each tortilla.

  3. Roll up the tortilla and gently press all over. Wrap each tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

  4. Cut each tortilla into slices, and serve!
