Brie Cranberry Pecan Pinwheels

The perfect blend of creamy, tangy, and sweet, with a hint of rosemary and a crunch of pecans

Ingredients:

  • 7 OZ La Bonne Vie Double Crème Brie, rind removed

  • Flour tortillas, large burrito-sized

  • 16 OZ Cream Cheese, softened

  • 1 cup Dried Cranberries, chopped

  • 2 tsp Fresh Rosemary, minced

  • 3 tbsp Maple Syrup

  • 1 CUP Pecans, chopped

Directions:

1) Combine cheese, pecans, cranberries, and rosemary in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth and completely blended.

2) Evenly spread ½ cup of the filling onto each tortilla.

3) Roll up the tortilla and gently press all over. Wrap each tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

4) Cut each tortilla into slices, and serve!
