Baked Pasta with Goat Cheese

Warm, cheesy baked pasta with tangy goat cheese

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley or basil for topping

  • 6-8 oz La Bonne Vie Goat Cheese

  • 12 oz pasta (rigatoni, rotini, or any short shape)

  • 2 cups marinara or tomato sauce

  • 1 cup heavy cream or whole milk

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

Ingredients:

  1. Cook the pasta until just shy of al dente, then drain and set aside.

  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil and sauté the garlic for 30 seconds. Add the marinara and cream, season with salt and pepper, and stir in the mozzarella and Parmesan until melted and smooth.

  3. Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce and pour everything into a baking dish.

  4. Add spoonfuls of goat cheese over the top, leaving the pieces chunky so they create creamy pockets as they bake.

  5. Bake at 375°F for 20–25 minutes, or until the pasta is bubbly and lightly golden.

  6. Finish with fresh herbs and serve warm.
