Apple Camembert Crostini

A cozy bite of creamy, crisp, and sweet autumn flavor.

  • ¼ cup walnuts, lightly toasted and chopped

  • 2–3 tbsp honey

  • Fresh thyme leaves (optional, for garnish)

  • La Bonne Vie Camembert, sliced

  • 1 baguette, sliced into thin rounds

  • 1–2 apples (Honeycrisp or Gala), thinly sliced

Ingredients:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast 5–7 minutes until lightly golden.

  2. Top each crostini with a slice of La Bonne Vie Camembert and return to oven for 2–3 minutes until just softened.

  3. Add a slice of apple over the melted cheese. Sprinkle with toasted walnuts and drizzle with honey.

  4. Garnish with fresh thyme if desired and serve warm or at room temperature.
