Cranberry & Pecan Mini Goat Cheese Balls

These festive mini goat cheese balls are the easiest holiday bites to bring cheer to your table

  • 1-2 (4 oz) La Bonne Vie Original Goat Cheese

  • ½ cup chopped pecans

  • ½ cup dried cranberries, finely chopped

Ingredients:

  • Whole chives

  • Pretzel sticks, for serving

  1. Place chopped pecans in one bowl and chopped cranberries in another.

  2. Roll about 1 tablespoon of goat cheese into a ball. Repeat until all the cheese is used.

  3. Roll half of the cheese balls in the pecans and other half in the cranberries, coating evenly.

  4. Insert a pretzel stick into each cheese ball.

  5. Wrap a chive around the base of each pretzel stick like a mini holiday scarf.

  6. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
