Elena Ruz Cuban Sandwich

Tender turkey meets Brie and strawberry jam in a sandwich as lovely as it is delicious.

  • 14 oz La Bonne Vie Double Crème Brie, thinly sliced

  • 6 Cuban Rolls or Demi Baguettes

  • 1 cup Strawberry Jam        

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ lb Roasted Turkey Breast, thinly sliced

  • 6 tbsp Unsalted Butter

  1. Preheat the oven to broil.

  2. Spread 1 tablespoon of butter on the cut sides of each sandwich roll or bread. Toast under the broiler until golden brown.

  3. Spread strawberry jam evenly on both toasted sides of the bread.

  4. Place slices of La Bonne Vie Double Crème Brie on the top half of the bread.

  5. Add 4 oz of turkey breast to the bottom half of the bread.

  6. Press the two sides of the sandwich together and cut in half.
