Smoked Salmon & Crème Fraîche Tartines
French-inspired, light, and packed with flavor—these tartines are brunch perfection.
1 tbsp capers (optional)
Fresh dill, for garnish (optional)
Lemon zest and black pepper, to taste
½ cup La Bonne Vie Crème Fraîche
4 slices of toasted sourdough or rye bread
6 oz smoked salmon
1 small shallot, thinly sliced (optional)
Ingredients:
Spread a generous layer of La Bonne Vie Crème Fraîche over each slice of toast.
Top with smoked salmon, shallots, and capers.
Finish with fresh dill, lemon zest, and a crack of black pepper. Serve immediately.
