Smoked Salmon & Crème Fraîche Tartines

French-inspired, light, and packed with flavor—these tartines are brunch perfection.

  • 1 tbsp capers (optional)

  • Fresh dill, for garnish (optional)

  • Lemon zest and black pepper, to taste

  • ½ cup La Bonne Vie Crème Fraîche

  • 4 slices of toasted sourdough or rye bread

  • 6 oz smoked salmon

  • 1 small shallot, thinly sliced (optional)

Ingredients:

  1. Spread a generous layer of La Bonne Vie Crème Fraîche over each slice of toast.

  2. Top with smoked salmon, shallots, and capers.

  3. Finish with fresh dill, lemon zest, and a crack of black pepper. Serve immediately.
