Goat Cheese Deviled Eggs

A classic with a twist—deviled eggs with goat cheese crumbles and a hint of truffle oil

  • 4 oz La Bonne Vie Goat Cheese Crumbles

  • 12 Hard-Boiled Eggs, cut in half and yolk removed

  • 2 oz Cream Cheese

  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise

Ingredients:

  • ¼ tsp Paprika

  • 8 Prosciutto Slices, Cut each slice into 4’s

  • 1 tbsp Truffle Oil

  • 1 tbsp Chives, finely sliced

  • 2 tbsp Whole Grain Mustard

  1. In a bowl, combine the egg yolks, goat cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, and paprika.

  2. Mix until fully blended, being careful not to overmix to maintain a creamy texture.

  3. Transfer the mixture into a piping bag (a star tip can be used for a decorative touch).

  4. Pipe the filling into the egg whites, filling each one about one inch high.

  5. Top each egg with a small piece of prosciutto.

  6. Drizzle a little truffle oil over the top of each deviled egg.

  7. Garnish with freshly chopped chives for a finishing touch.
