Goat Cheese Deviled Eggs

Deviled eggs made with goat cheese crumbles

Ingredients:

• 12 Hard-Boiled Eggs, Cut in half and the yolk removed

• 2 OZ La Bonne Vie Goat Cheese Crumbles – Plain

• 2 OZ Cream Cheese

• 2 TBSP Mayonnaise

• 2 TBSP Whole Grain Mustard

• ¼ TSP Paprika

• 8 Prosciutto Slices, Cut each slice into 4’s

• 1 TBSP Truffle Oil

• 1 TBSP Chives, Finely Sliced

Directions:

1)  In a bowl, mix the Egg Yolk, Goat Cheese, Cream Cheese, Mayonnaise, Mustard, Paprika

2)  Mix till completely blended – Be sure not to over mix

3)  Place the mix into a piping bag (star tip optional)

4)  Fill each one about one inch high

5)  Top with a piece of the prosciutto

6)  Then drizzle some truffle oil over the top

7)  Finish with a garnishment of the chives over the whole egg
