Baked Camembert

Savor the creamy goodness of melted cheese

Ingredients:

• 1 La Bonne Vie Camembert (8oz)

• 1-2 cloves of garlic, minced

• Fresh thyme sprigs for garnish

• Crusty bread, crackers, or sliced baguette for serving

Directions:

1) Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).

2) Remove the Camembert cheese from its packaging. Place Camembert on an ovenproof dish.

3) Use a sharp knife to score a shallow crosshatch pattern on the top of the cheese. Sprinkle the minced garlic evenly over the top of the cheese. Place fresh thyme sprigs on top.

4. Bake the Camembert in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until it's soft and gooey in the center.

5. While the Camembert is baking, prepare your crusty bread, crackers, or sliced baguette for dipping.

6. Once the Camembert is done, remove it from the oven and transfer it to a serving plate or board. Serve the baked Camembert hot, and use the bread, crackers, or baguette slices for dipping.
