Baked Camembert
Baked Camembert with fragrant garlic and thyme— graceful, effortless, and perfect for any occasion
Fresh Thyme Sprigs, for garnish
Crusty Bread, Crackers, or Sliced Baguette for serving
8 oz La Bonne Vie Camembert
1-2 Garlic Cloves, minced
Ingredients:
Preheat your oven to 350F.
Remove La Bonne Vie Camembert from its packaging and place it on an ovenproof dish.
Use a sharp knife to score a shallow crosshatch pattern on the top of the Camembert. Sprinkle minced garlic evenly over the top and place fresh thyme sprigs on top.
Place the Camembert in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the center is soft and gooey.
While Camembert is baking, prepare crusty bread, crackers, or sliced baguette for dipping.
Once done, carefully remove it from the oven and transfer it to a serving plate or board. Serve hot with your prepared bread, crackers, or baguette slices for dipping.
