Everything Goat Cheese Spread
A sweet-savory spread, made to be shared.
2–3 sprigs of thyme
Cherry or small tomatoes, sliced (about 6–8)
1 tbsp olive oil
Fresh rosemary, for garnish (optional)
Crostini or sliced baguette, for serving
8-10 oz La Bonne Vie Everything Goat Cheese (two to three 4 oz packages), softened
½ cup apricot jam
¼ cup chopped pecans
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Ingredients:
Spread softened goat cheese on a shallow serving plate or bowl. Drizzle with olive oil.
In a small saucepan, warm the apricot jam, honey, and balsamic vinegar over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring to combine. Let cool slightly.
Pour the warm glaze over the goat cheese.
Top with sliced cherry tomatoes, chopped pecans, and fresh thyme.
Garnish with rosemary, a pinch of sea salt, and serve with crostini or sliced baguette.
