Everything Goat Cheese Spread

A sweet-savory spread, made to be shared.

  • 2–3 sprigs of thyme

  • Cherry or small tomatoes, sliced (about 6–8)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Fresh rosemary, for garnish (optional)

  • Crostini or sliced baguette, for serving

  • 8-10 oz La Bonne Vie Everything Goat Cheese (two to three 4 oz packages), softened

  • ½ cup apricot jam

  • ¼ cup chopped pecans

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Ingredients:

  1. Spread softened goat cheese on a shallow serving plate or bowl. Drizzle with olive oil.

  2. In a small saucepan, warm the apricot jam, honey, and balsamic vinegar over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring to combine. Let cool slightly.

  3. Pour the warm glaze over the goat cheese.

  4. Top with sliced cherry tomatoes, chopped pecans, and fresh thyme.

  5. Garnish with rosemary, a pinch of sea salt, and serve with crostini or sliced baguette.
