Goat Cheese Spring Salad
A fresh spring salad with spinach, asparagus, radishes, peas, toasted nuts, and creamy goat cheese is light, crisp, and perfect for the season.
¼ cup La Bonne Vie Goat Cheese Crumbles
1 cup baby spinach
1 cup mixed spring greens (like arugula, frisée, or parsley)
1 cup thinly shaved asparagus (use a vegetable peeler or slice thinly)
Ingredients:
⅓ cup green peas (fresh or thawed if frozen)
½ cup thinly sliced radishes
¼ cup toasted hazelnuts or almonds
Salad dressing of your choice
In a large bowl or platter, combine spinach, spring greens, shaved asparagus, radishes, and peas.
Sprinkle toasted hazelnuts and La Bonne Vie Goat Cheese Crumbles over the salad.
