Goat Cheese–Stuffed Mushrooms
A simple, savory appetizer with garlic & herb goat cheese in every bite
Ingredients:
6 oz La Bonne Vie Goat Garlic & Herb Cheese, softened
12 large mushrooms (baby bella or white), stems removed
2 tbsp cream cheese (optional, for extra creaminess)
1–2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (parsley, thyme, or chives)
¼ cup breadcrumbs
2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
Salt & pepper to taste
Heat the oven to 375°F. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
In a bowl, mix the La Bonne Vie Goat Garlic & Herb Cheese, cream cheese (if using), garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Spoon the mixture into each mushroom cap.
Toss breadcrumbs with olive oil or butter, then sprinkle over the filled mushrooms.
Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the mushrooms are tender.
Top with fresh herbs and serve warm.
