Brie Holiday Trees
Bring festive flair to your holiday board with these Brie trees flavored with rosemary, chili, and a whole lot of cheer.
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
1 teaspoon finely chopped red chili peppers (or red pepper flakes for a milder option)
1 La Bonne Vie 8oz Brie wheel (Double-Crème or Triple Crème)
Pretzel sticks
Ingredients:
Cut the Brie into small wedges to resemble tree shapes—each wedge will become one tree.
Insert pretzel sticks into the base of each Brie wedge to create a tree trunk.
Mix rosemary and chili in a shallow bowl or plate.
Press the sides of each Brie wedge into the rosemary-chili mixture so the herbs and spices stick to the cheese like festive “foliage.”
Serve immediately as part of a holiday cheeseboard or on their own for a fun and flavorful bite.
