Holiday Baked Brie

A warm, simple holiday appetizer everyone loves

  • 1 La Bonne Vie Brie (8 oz)

  • 2–3 tablespoons cranberry jam (or your favorite berry jam)

  • A few sprigs of fresh rosemary or thyme

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup walnuts (or pecans), roughly chopped

  • Crackers or sliced baguette, for serving

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.

  2. Place the Brie on a small baking dish or parchment-lined sheet.

  3. Spoon the jam over the center of the Brie.

  4. Add a few sprigs of rosemary or thyme on top.

  5. Sprinkle walnuts around the edges.

  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the Brie is warm and melty.

  7. Carefully transfer to a serving plate and add extra herbs or nuts if you like.

  8. Serve right away with crackers or baguette.
