Mummy Baked Brie
This spooky Brie mummy is the perfect Halloween party bite—creamy, crispy, and frightfully fun to eat.
1 La Bonne Vie 8oz Brie
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
1 large egg
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon milk
2 olives, sliced
Crackers of your choice (we used black sesame rice crackers)
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Unroll the puff pastry and cut it into 1-inch strips. Wrap the strips around the Brie to resemble a mummy.
In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and milk. Brush the mixture over the wrapped pastry. 3. Place the wrapped Brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and the Brie is warm and gooey.
For the mummy's eyes, use sliced olives. Place them on the Brie. Serve with crackers and enjoy!
