Brie, Turkey, & Cranberry Panini
A warm, melty panini with roasted turkey, creamy Brie, and tangy cranberry
2 slices rustic bread (sourdough or multigrain works great)
3–4 oz roasted turkey (sliced or shredded)
2–3 oz La Bonne Vie Double Crème Brie, sliced
Ingredients:
2–3 tbsp cranberry sauce (jellied or whole berry)
A handful of fresh lettuce or greens
1–2 tsp softened butter (for the bread)
Directions:
Lightly butter one side of each bread slice. These will be the outsides that hit the panini press.
Spread cranberry sauce on the inside of each slice. Layer on the turkey, Brie, and a small handful of greens. Close the sandwich, buttered sides facing out.
Place in a panini press (or a skillet with a heavy pan on top).
Cook over medium heat for 3–4 minutes until the bread is golden and crisp and the Brie melts.
Slice and enjoy warm.
