Goat Cheese & Pumpkin Crostini

Creamy goat cheese, pumpkin, and thyme on crisp crostini—simple, sophisticated, and oh-so-delicious

  • 4 oz La Bonne Vie Goat Cheese

  • 1 Baguette, sliced into 12 pieces

  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree

  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Glaze

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp Fresh Thyme Leaves

  • Salt & Pepper, to taste

  • Olive Oil, for brushing

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and lightly brush both sides with olive oil. Bake for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.

  2. Once cooled slightly, spread a layer of pumpkin puree on each crostini. Add a dollop of La Bonne Vie Goat Cheese on top.

  3. Drizzle balsamic glaze over each crostini and top with fresh thyme leaves. Season with a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper.

  4. Arrange the crostinis on a serving platter and enjoy!
