Goat Cheese & Balsamic Pizza
A fresh twist on pizza—topped with basil, La Bonne Vie Goat Cheese Crumbles, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
½ cup La Bonne Vie Goat Cheese Crumbles
1–1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 prepared pizza dough
Ingredients:
½ cup pizza sauce
Fresh basil leaves
Balsamic glaze, for drizzling
Preheat oven to 475°F (or according to your pizza dough instructions). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while heating.
Roll out dough on a floured surface to desired size and thickness. Transfer to a baking sheet.
Spread the sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small crust border.
Top with shredded mozzarella and basil leaves, bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and cheese is melted and bubbling.
Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle on La Bonne Vie Goat Cheese Crumbles while the pizza is still hot, so the cheese gently softens.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze, slice, and serve while warm.
