Stuffing Muffins with Brie Centers
Crispy, cozy stuffing muffins filled with creamy Brie
1 prepared pan of your favorite stuffing (boxed or homemade), cooled slightly
6–8 oz Brie, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 eggs
Ingredients:
½ cup chicken or vegetable broth (just enough to moisten)
Cooking spray or butter for the muffin tin
Preheat to 375°F. Lightly grease a muffin tin.
In a large bowl, combine the stuffing, eggs, and a splash of broth. Mix until the texture feels moist and holds together when pressed.
Add a spoonful of stuffing mixture to each muffin cup.
Press a piece of Brie into the center.
Cover with more stuffing and gently pack it down.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the tops are golden and slightly crisp.
Let them cool for a couple of minutes, then pop them out and enjoy warm (aka when the Brie is extra melty).
