Truffle & Roasted Shiitake Burger

Truffle Brie and roasted shiitakes take this juicy burger to gourmet heights

  • 4 Sprigs Fresh Thyme, destemmed & minced

  • 4 Stems Fresh Oregano, destemmed & minced

  • 2 Brioche Buns       

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 4.4 oz La Bonne Vie Truffle Brie

  • 8 oz Ground Beef

  • 4 oz Roasted Garlic Aioli   

  • 4 oz Shiitake Mushroom, destemmed            

Ingredients:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Toss mushrooms with olive oil, thyme, and oregano, then bake on a sheet pan for 30 minutes. Let cool.

  3. Toast brioche buns.

  4. Shape ground beef into two 8-ounce patties and season with salt and pepper.

  5. Heat a skillet and cook patties to desired doneness.

  6. Top patties with roasted mushrooms and La Bonne Vie Truffle Brie, then broil until brie melts.

  7. Let patties rest for 5 minutes, then spread garlic aioli on toasted buns. 

  8. Assemble the burgers, serve, and enjoy!
